What is your refund policy?
All ticket and merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

What if I can no longer attend the event?
While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may email us and we will donate your ticket on your behalf.

Can I return or exchange Summit merchandise?
No. All merchandise sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive my ticket details?
Ticket and event information will be emailed prior to the Summit. Please ensure the email address used at checkout is correct.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us for assistance.

Will my ticket be shipped to me?
No shipping is required. Tickets are delivered digitally.

How will I receive my ticket?
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email. Your ticket and event details will be sent to the email address used at checkout closer to the event date.

I entered the wrong email—what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information and ensure you receive your ticket.
