Summit Women's Leadership Conference The Junior League of Nashville's annual leadership development and training conference for women across Nashville. We equip women with the leadership skills needed to make an impact in their community. On March 8th 2025, the 5th annual event will focus on how women leaders can “Cultivate What Matters.”

About the Summit Women’s Leadership Conference

Summit Women’s Leadership Conference in March 2024, brought together more than 200 women from across Middle Tennessee to talk about connection, purpose, creativity, health, and passion.

The 2025 event will focus on transformative leadership, community, and development experiences to engage and benefit attendees both personally and professionally.

4 Reasons Why You Should Support the Summit Women's Leadership Conference

1. You will support leadership development training for women across the Nashville area. More than 250 attendees are expected to attend the 2024 Summit Women's Leadership Conference Presented by Junior League of Nashville from across middle Tennessee.

2. You will align your business with the legacy of impact that Junior League of Nashville has meticulously developed. JLN was established in 1922 with nearly 1500 current members and an incoming Provisional class of 175 women.

3. You will demonstrate your commitment to the Nashville community. During our 2023-24 year, we donated $301, 437 and approximately 44,000 volunteer hours to Nashville area nonprofits.

4. You will reach the full JLN network of more than 1500 active and sustaining members. And each year JLN expects to add another 175 Active members. As of November 2024, we have 3,815 Instagram followers, and can reach up to 40,000 Instagram accounts per quarter.
