About the Rise! Women’s Leadership Summit
At our first in-person Rise! Women’s Summit in March 2023, we brought together more than 230 women from across Middle Tennessee to talk about connection, purpose, creativity, health, and
passion. The 2023 event focused on transformative leadership and development experiences that would engage and benefit attendees both personally and professionally.

4 Reasons Why You Should Support the Rise! Women's Leadership Summit
1. You will support leadership development training for women across the Nashville area. More than 250 attendees are expected to attend the 2024 Rise! Women's Leadership Summit from across middle Tennessee.
2. You will align your business with the legacy of impact that Junior League of Nashville has meticulously developed. JLN was established in 1922 with nearly 1500 current members and an incoming Provisional class of 175 women.
3. You will demonstrate your commitment to the Nashville community. During our 2022-23 year, we donated $301, 437 and approximately 44,000 volunteer hours to Nashville area nonprofits.
4. You will reach the full JLN network of more than 1500 active and sustaining members. And each year JLN expects to add another 175 Active members. As of July 2023, we have 3,357 Instagram followers, and can reach up to 40,000 Instagram accounts per quarter.
