Abby Hardee

Abby Hardee is the Director of Finance and Administration for The Aloe Family, Inc., a Nashville-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, employment, and holistic support programs. In this role, she oversees financial management, operational processes, and administrative functions to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and impact.

Before joining The Aloe Family, Abby took a break from the business world to focus on her most important role—adopting and raising her four children. Prior to motherhood, she built a strong foundation in finance and accounting through assurance and audit services with Arthur Andersen and EY, followed by internal audit roles in the healthcare industry. Her experience in financial compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting brings valuable expertise to her nonprofit leadership.

Abby earned a Master of Accountancy degree from Belmont University. Her dedication to both family and service, combined with her financial acumen, allows her to contribute strategic leadership to The Aloe Family, helping to create lasting change in the communities it serves.
