Cara Tuttle Bell is the Director for the Project Safe Center for Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response and a Senior Lecturer at Vanderbilt University. Cara is a higher education administrator engaged in compliance and advocacy efforts around student affairs. She is a lecturer in women's and gender studies and a frequent public speaker on gender and violence. She is the author of Drowning in Timidity: Women, Politeness, and the Power of Assertive Living.
Organizational Development Expert, Meta (Formerly Facebook)
Sandy Wade is an Organizational Development Expert, Strategist, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practitioner with Meta (formerly Facebook). Sandy has over 17 years of instructional design, leadership, and program development experience, including diversity, equity, and inclusion learning solutions. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and has received several awards, including, Award of Excellence for Virtual Training designed and developed to mitigate unconscious bias.
Certified Nutritionist and Owner, Cara Clark Nutrition
Cara Clark is the owner and primary Certified Nutritionist of Cara Clark Nutrition. Cara works with individuals and groups to promote overall health and to manage a wide range of nutrition-related issues. With a ‘non-dieting’ approach, she has helped clients manage weight, energy, performance, diabetes, thyroid-related disease, allergies, eating disorders, and more. Cara’s passion for nutrition & wellness grew as she performed athletically at the collegiate level. With experience in the industry dating back to childhood, the goal is to expose as many people as possible to optimal health for elite performance. She is not only a professional but a wife and a mother to four daughters, which makes her very sensitive to the needs of each individual client.

Teri Tolliver is the founder and owner of My Sexy is Strong. Inspired by her own weight loss journey, Teri founded My Sexy is Strong to inspire, motivate, and help women live their healthiest lives. Through weight training, personal healing, and nutrition, Teri coaches clients to set actionable goals and achieve them. With a professional background in social services, it was a natural transition for Teri to coach and educate others during their weight loss journey. Teri is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is a graduate of Fisk University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Britney Campbell is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at Legends Bank and is the Founder and Co-Creator of Her Bank. Britney is a native middle Tennessean, born and raised in Clarksville before moving to Nashville in 2019. She graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing. During this time, she started a position at Legends Bank, and has since moved into a senior leadership role and founded Her Bank as a brand of Legends Bank. Gloria Ann Nauden is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications with City First Broadway. Gloria graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Political Science and Government. Gloria is charged with positioning City First Bank as an innovative leader in community development finance. She is a progressive branding executive having worked across public, private, and social sectors alongside iconic business and government leaders. Known as an innovator of marketing and outreach approaches her career spans from serving as creative director at Black Entertainment Television to leading the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities under the Fenty Administration.
Kathleen McCarthy Goff Weber
Founder and CEO, K. McCarthy Boutique
Kathleen McCarthy Goff Weber is the Founder and CEO of K. McCarthy Boutique. Kathleen attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, majoring in Marketing and Psychology. After graduation, she moved to Nashville to work with her sister Sissy Goff at Daystar Counseling Ministries. Kathleen also worked at Nashville’s foremost women’s boutique, JAMIE, and as a stylist for Tina Adams Wardrobe Consulting. During that time, Kathleen enrolled in the MBA program at Belmont, where the idea of owning her own clothing business began to take shape. Upon earning her masters, and the subsequent launch of the K. McCarthy fashion truck which led to her current retail and online locations, Kathleen’s dreams quickly became a reality.

Brenda Gadd is the President and Founder of ReThink Public Strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience, Brenda has influenced public policy at the highest state government and political levels in Tennessee. Her work has shaped legislative and budgetary outcomes as well as elections and advocacy campaigns. Through effective outreach strategies, Brenda has supported countless businesses and nonprofits' goals and impacted the use of millions of dollars in tax revenue. Brenda began her career working on political campaigns, managing her first campaign in a 2003 hotly contested, successful special election state senate race. She moved into the public sector serving as chief of staff in the Tennessee Senate, legislative liaison in the Governor's administration, lobbying legislation and budget measures, and regulatory boards. Through these varied experiences, Brenda understands all facets of effective advocacy and organizing, from developing grassroots support to leveraging grass-tops outreach. She helps clients by building out detailed advocacy plans based on proven strategies. Brenda also conducts regular training on advocacy and coalition building. Brenda is also a sustainer member of the Junior League.

Hannah Sledd is the Studio Owner of Light On Yoga Fitness. She started her yoga journey during college and became a registered yoga teacher in 2016. As a Huntsville Alabama native, Hannah is invested in serving her community through the art of yoga. The mission and vision of Light on Yoga Studio is to serve as a place of light and inclusivity in a growing city.

April George is the President and Co-Founder of Turkey on the Table. Turkey on the Table is a Thanksgiving decoration and family activity that encourages the daily habit of gratitude, while also teaching the importance of giving back to those in need. Their partnership with Feeding America® ensures that 10 meals are donated for every turkey sold. As a mom of young children, April had the vision to teach her children a sense of gratitude. The goal was to turn thankfulness into an activity, focusing on the things they have, and not the things they don't. Not only is gratitude a learned behavior, but research also shows that it is linked to happiness.
Senior Vice President, Pinnacle Financial Partners
Keri McInnis is the Senior Vice President of Pinnacle Financial Partners. Keri began her career in financial services in 1995. She came to Pinnacle in 2002 from Union Planters Bank, where she was vice president and branch manager of its Green Hills location.
McInnis was awarded Union Planters’ 2002 UP Best Award in recognition of her sales performance and community involvement. Prior to Union Planters Bank, she served for five years as senior financial specialist and assistant vice president at First Union National Bank, where she received the 1998 First Union Zenith Award. Keri was chosen as one of Nashville’s “Top Thirty under 30” in 2002 by Business Nashville and Nashville’s “Top Forty under 40” in 2003 by The Tennessean. Keri serves on the board of Alive (formerly Alive Hospice).
She is a Junior League of Nashville sustainer and has served on the boards of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra League, TN Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Nashville Wine Auction. In addition, she has served in various leadership roles with numerous other nonprofit organizations.

Emily Chang is a seasoned executive who has worked with some of the world’s most renowned companies like Procter & Gamble, Apple, and Starbucks. Over the last twenty-one years, her job has brought her and her family to eight different homes across the U.S and China. Life has served up young people who have been abused, neglected or marginalized, to find sanctuary in their spare room. Among her deeply personal accounts, Emily shares heart-wrenching stories of an emotionally abused child bride, a dying eighteen-month-old boy born with hydrocephalus, and the abused daughter of a local prostitute.
With the sixteen young people she and her family have cared for, Emily has found that living into her Social Legacy has not only deeply enriched her home life, it has also enabled her to become a more authentic and relatable leader in the workplace. Each time she opened the door to her spare room, Emily found herself in a front-row seat, witnessing one of life’s incredible stories unfold.
